It's been a long time since i last played this class and i was wondering, when you dual class from ranger to cleric, do you get the druid spells for all your spell levels, or only the ones you have on your ranger class? If you get em all, then i'll dual class, if you don't then i'll obviously multi.

A Ranger dualled to a Cleric will get all the Druid spells as well. I would recommend a multiclassed Cleric/Ranger if you have ToB though.

Without ToB installed, I would choose the dualclass option then.

Why would you recommend a multiclass Cleric/Ranger for Tob? High level abilities? Will the character get to make twice as many choices for HLA's from the two different pools?
Or is there something else that the multiclass has over the dualclass?

Well, when you are a multi-class, you get to pick your HLA's from either class. You could have all cleric HLA's, or some of each, or all ranger. Also, you'll get a better THAC0 with the mult class than the dual. May be other benefits, but i can't think of them ATM
