Nice pics! I love the San Marco one best - (we are not worthy.... It's to die for.... wonder how many did ? ) Also the Siena front view very beautiful, and I liked the Etruscan on a hill picture also. Thanks for sharing, Zbyszek!

Loading times: 30 secs to 2 mins for the multi pics, on a 56 k modem.

I've been to Torino, stayed with a friend in Bra, which is a bit to the North of Turin. I lived in Naples for three years, Rome for 6 months or so, and then a few other places... Rimini couple months... oh yes, Venice for 6 months (worked at a waitress in Lido di Jesolo, which is just near Venice. I visited a lot, as you might imagine. Venice is fab. But then, I love Italy. Food is fabulous, so are the surroundings. It has it's down side also, but doesn't everywhere.... ?

Actually, that used to be nearly true. At one point, my Italian was really fluent (I even used to write poetry in Italian), I thought in Italian, and when I came to England, I would find myself groping for English words. In Naples, not a lot of people speak English, so I didn't get chance to 'practice' too often.

I really got into Italy. Unfortunately, the men are pretty macho, taken all around, and I'm not big on acknowledging someone's superiority based on the fact they are the possessors of those funny spheroid things.... Also I'm not big on housework. If you don't spend half your life in Southern Italy doing housework - you're not a 'real' woman.

Even so, I like Italians, and LOVE Italy. Know what you mean about the seafood. When I lived there, I used to eat fish. Nowadays, I might have a few problems...... as fishy is no longer on the Cheetah's menu.

PS. I hear you're still interested in bidding for one of the 'twin harridans' as Mouse calls us. So what's your offer then, mate? (Deal with us direct, never mind that Fljotsdale..... can't trust her her an inch...

Trust me Neb, you don't want to get involved in this. The carpet cleaning bills alone will bankrupt you in no time.......

Wish spells are good for cleaning carpets, they're free too, so I don't think the carpet cleaning bills will be a problem.

The latest bid is a pair of high heeled seven league boots size 5 (ooh, my size, what a co-incidence...) and a pot of flowering basil. Also 1 slug harness, only slightly worn.

Any more offers??

(We've got over peeing on the carpet now, Neb. Other schemes are afoot, that you'll like ever so much better.........

Where is Poison Dwarf Number Two? (Robotvoice...Staccato

Come in, Poison Dwarf Number Two...

I have exterminated the fleas. Every single one of them is dead. Some of them were double headed - do you think that is lucky, - like a four leaf clover?
