Welcome to Ironworks!
Well, what we do here is that we discuss things or post silly things or whatever else we feel like, it's loads of fun, also, if you need help with an RPG, there are some other forums besides the General Discussion one in which you can ask for help. ------------------ Wielder of the ancient Lawyer spells. Member of the HADB clan. Ally of the Fluffy Queen and the Dreaded Red Fluffy General of the highest class and Leader of in the IW Peacekeeping Force. ORT member, Official Demander of Stuff. Sorcerer of Lady Lioness's Court. Resident IW saint. 2nd place in the longest sig of IW contest 2001. The sorcerer/assasin who says: Ecky-Ecky-Ecky-Ptang-Zoom-Boing. Guardian of a Secret that noone else knows of. A not quite as hopeless romantic as Dragonmage. "If Silence is golden, why does everyone talk so much?" |

Welcome to the board, Gamma.
I see you've already found out how to post a message (duh! ) and replying to a topic goes in much the same way (press the reply button while you're viewing a topic) Smileys can be added by copying the right code from the smilies/legend page into your post (as you've found out as well) and there's also a button that allows you to display your signature (~Gamma in your case) You can change a sig by editing your profile, and if you want a specific picture or something like a rotating 'Gamma', just ask Saz (he's a mod here) You can also use some html codes in your messages (just ask if you need help on that) Apart from that, it's important that you 1) are reasonable and behave (more or less) 2) get all the information you need and 3) have a lot of fun A word of warning: Now that you've found this place, there's a 99 percent chance that you'll become addicted and spend more time here than you should, and once you're an addict your mind will go from bad to worse and you'll start posting all kind of silly things. There's nothing wrong with that from my point of view but this way you'll know what to expect. Have a great time here at the Ironworks! ------------------ The last arrow of Legolas kindled in the air as it flew, and plunged burning into the heart of a great wolf-chieftain. All the others fled. -J.R.R. Tolkien, The Lord of the Rings |
