Neb moved his right hand to his mouth and indicated silence with a swift gesture, he then pointed at the alley and held up five fingers.

Kaz nodded to see she had understood, then looked towards the alley he'd indicated. She caught a faint red glow, but no more. She could see nothing with her normal vision.
OOC: Maybe we should stop for the moment, as Spree needs to direct Maverick. I don't know enough about him to control his actions. |

ooc...when I get home tonight, I will have very limited chance to come online, until maybe later tha night. I will probably miss everybody except for Mistral and Sephi. If that is the case, and he three of us are all that is on...I have my side-quest that can be shortened to a couple hours or extended throughour a day, if desired. This will give Kaz optimum time to catch up to finding us and everyone rejoining.
At the moment, we are divided into three groups, and it just so happens that the three groups are the ones that can find each other online most often. Does anyone have any comments about that? Notice that the only time all of us are here together is Sunday afternoons, and most of the time on Saturdays... Maybe we should look into what advantages this brings, instead of what troubles... |

(ooc: I've replied, Larry. Guess I won't be posting either until Kaz's appearance in Five Flagons.
Kaz - I suspect your character is not in the Five Flagons; she's in another tavern. At least, that's what I gathered from some posts I read earlier.) |

Maverick
~His expression remains somewhat cryptic, though he was beginning to forgive her previous bitterness in exchange for some excitement. His barren onyx eyes soften and his tense muscles relax a fraction. His nimble fingers toy with the silver hoop on the end of his ear, and he debates whether to snap or smile. He looks down at Kaz, his eyes narrowing, a defeated smile spreading across his taciturn face. He nods his head.~ "A'ight then." ~He looks to the mage, an growl forming in his throat. He as an assassin had never had much luck with sorcerous kinds. He holds back the growl and acknowledges the gesture.~ "Five eh?" ~He chuckles.~ "They underestimate me." ~He looks at Kaz.~ "This won't take long." ~Without another word he pulls both his boomerang and dragon-tooth dagger, looking back at the two.~ "Would either mageling care to watch me slaughter these fools?" ~With the word mageling a growl escapes.~ [This message has been edited by Killing Spree (edited 10-29-2001).] |

Neb couldn't give the two any complex messages without the assasin's hearing him, so he merely did his best to use hand signals to convey the message that the assasins shouldn't be underestimated.
(OOC: These are 4 8th level assasins lead by a level 9 assasin.) |
