A "Little" news on Icewind Dale 2

They are saying that they have made the game to fit on two CDs, and that they have no current plans for a demo. Still, there is no word on exactly when the game will be released...but if you need alot of cool stuff to read, then I would recommend this link.

As I was telling Belle the other day, I am not going to look for IWD2 until Halloween or perhaps Thanksgiving. As it is, I need a video card upgrade before I can even play NWN.... [img]graemlins/verysad.gif[/img] Oh, well. [img]graemlins/petard.gif[/img]

I just wish it would hurry up and come out, I put my saved NWN money to one side in favour off IWD2, and im getting pretty impatient I just hope I've made the right Decision. Im am really pleased at the nice selection of underdark beasties they have included into the game, hook horrors etc. This must mean we will have a nice big underdark area to roam about in [img]smile.gif[/img] .

We will, the developers have said as much in the forums, allthough that was a lot of months ago.
I do think you have made the right decision. Imnsho, NWN looked like crap but i'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me.

I think the game will come out in this month (August). As far as I understood from the designers in the official forum, the game has been finished for weeks but PR and Sales are delaying the release to wait for the Warcraft 3 - Neverwinter Nights fever to settle.
