If you go to the chamber with an immaculately polished floor in the underground temple complex in Arnika (gee, lovely place ), you'll notice some very interesting things. First, when RPGs come into the chamber, you won't see any reflection of them in the floor. Second, one of the doors doesn't synchronise with its reflection. When the door opens, its reflection closes, and vice versa.

Gee, Dominus really is a fantasy world, isn't it?

If you're looking for a first person RPG, that deals nicely with reflective floors and even mirrors try Deus Ex!

Of course it is not fantasy but still one of my favourite,... it sure has better graphics and much better plot that Wizardry 8, even if it is a couple of years old. (Man, I am going to get bashed )

Warhammer,

Ummmm.... The difference is that you were solo in Deus Ex. And Deus Ex had one of the best plots and was one of the most suspenseful first person RPGs to ever be made.

And it still wasn't as suspensful as System Shock 2. That game could actually provoke anxiety attacks in people. And I can see how. It's the only game I've ever played in which I left a session shaking and tense.

So, no bashing from me, at least. Deus Ex was a great game.

I tried Deux Ex before. Didn't really like it very much. It just involves too much careful sneaking around (like the game Thief), which isn't exactly my cup of tea. (If you enjoy it, though, please do not let what I say offend you -- I'm only voicing my opinions.)

If what I want is just sheer graphic beauty, I'll play Unreal. Now that's a beautiful game!

Wiz 8's graphics may not be exactly the best (actually some of the scenes are really quite beautiful, such as the Arnika temple I mentioned), but this game's enjoyable to me all the same. And please don't misunderstand me, I'm not picking faults with Wiz 8 by pointing out those anomalies regarding the reflective floors.

And I thought you intentionally did that to peek at Vi's underwear. Sorry, but she is wearing a 10-tumbler chastity belt with the label "Thou shalt not open Pandora's box".

I think the Dark Savant put it there.... no wonder he dumped her.

shame shame shame.

Now I beg your pardon, jsteng, but that (peeking at Vi's underwear) never occured to me. You're the one who suggested this brilliant idea, so you're the dirty-minded one.

Shame, shame, shame.
