Some HTML help, please

Thing is, I wanna combine a pic and a link, so if you click the pic you go to a page, you get my meaning. I know Melusine has one of these in her sig, and she also helped me with this before, but I can't remember how she did!
Please, if anyone know, do tell [img]smile.gif[/img]

Oh yeah, anytime I put a { or } in the post, it means < or > .
Right, first you start with {A HREF= 'insert where it links to' TARGET= 'resource window'} {IMG SRC= 'where the image is'} {/A}

I could bore you with how to do in imageflip, but I'm sure you don't need it and my brain's too dead at the moment to do JavaScript.
