Erm...A) It's entirely possible that the dog got *itself* stuck...I've seen stranger things.

B) Look at the dog. It's not yelping or contorted and looks perfectly calm.

Yeah, it was part of the 9th ParaHound Division out of Ft. Bragg and got stuck upon an unsuccessful HALO attempt into the neighbors back yard in search of Al Queda cats.
