Has anyone ever found the Soul Drain trait? Where is it?
I plan in my next game to let one of my characters become a Vampire, and this trait would really come in hand since Vampire Bite does little damage. And another question, is a vampire healed by regeneration? You can get armors to be blessed (or enchanted, I dont't remember) with this. -Deco |

I think it's a Vampire trait, but danged if I know where you get it!
Vampires cannot be healed by regeneration, I think...only by biting people. -Sazerac |

Is there any real advantage o being a Vampire in the game?
It's really strange that they implemented it and made it so difficult to carry through the game. There should be a reward for vampires. But again, maybe not! -Deco |

im not quite sure whether this helps or not, so ...
just forget it if im talking bout something completely different. there r 2 places i found so far, to turn your character into a vampire. the 1st 1 is shurugeon castle. if u let the vampiress bite one of your characters he/she gains the vampirism trait, nothing else. the 2nd 1 in skull keep provides vampirism trait and a vampiric breath or something. maybe ur looking for this 1 ? and btw, dont wear the ring of vampires with a char thats not a vampire, causes the game to crash (at least my pc chrashed as soon as i wore that ring. always, i tried it several times) Ark. |

Deco - might be another case of things meant to be implimented and left out of the game. There have been a number of players who've played through with a vampire but it doesn't seem really worthwhile.

I know that I can get Vampirism at these places, but thanks Arknash.
How does a vampire ring bring any goodness to a vampire? It's a regenarating item with some protections, same as a blessed armor for me. |

Deco: With the patch installed, the Vampire Ring cures the "Bloodthirst" thing about losing HP when you're not drinking blood.
It also has some fantastic resistances on it as well. -Sazerac |
