Duel wielding Pally

i created a paladin, hes a duel wielder, i choose a kit too...err it started with a C like Cadaver or somthing, id like to know if the damage is better then a two-handed sword and what you suggest for developing them

Cavalier.

1. Do you have ToB?
2. Solo or party?
3. Stats?

Damage is usually better, but the Pally can use ITEM SPOILER

stats are duel wield - 3 and bastard sword - 2 (lvl 7)
i also have 1 point in ShortSword but thats not important

Dual weilding is better (IMO...Carsomyr is so cliche...) in ToB because of the Purifier and Foebane, both found in WK.

By stats I meant Str, Dex, etc.

Can you clarify on the development suggestions? What exactly do you want suggestions on?

First off, this belongs in the ToB forum.

Anyway, my personal suggestion would be to put the *Purifier* in the off-hand with the *Foebane* and the *Answerer* in two of the main hands. Your point in short swords might work well however, since one there is an item called *Short Sword of Mask* which would work well in your other slot. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Once you start talking ultimate weapon proficiencies with ToB, it becomes a ToB topic. Areas around this and HLAs are kinda murky. [img]smile.gif[/img]

EDIT => Also, it was mostly my little thing with Pyrenk. Answer to your real question: damage is better, but the individual two-handed weapon is more powerful 1-on-1 with any other weapon, and you can double your critical range. Your choice, but stick with one rather than the other. [img]smile.gif[/img]

well i like 2 handed, its more flexibal and different then the regualr sword shield combo u see in all the movies
