I don't really mind too much! As long as it looks nice and is neat and clean it doesn't really matter to me. I do find my current taste is leaning towards the skinhead look cos I do like men who look a bit hard. I don't like dreadlocks, mullets, and Jon Bon Jovi perms though.
Facial hair - rather not, but nicely trimmed sideburns are good, and they're 'in' at the moment so plenty of nice sideburned men around to ogle at! I wouldn't turn down someone I liked just cos they happened to have a goatee, as long as it was neatly trimmed etc. Body hair - who cares, I've never had a problem with back hair either, some men are hairy, so what? Look at it as being masculine and virile and it becomes a virtue to have a hairy back But anyway, I tend to be attracted more to personalities than how they wear their hair. First thing I always notice is a nice smile and eyes - everything else is secondary.

I keep my hair short (usually a 2 up the back and sides, heavy trim from top and fringe) which is the way I've had it since I was 16. I usually gel it as well, and that makes it look SO much better

Depends on the guy, on his face, who he is, and the hair! Curly hair on guys should ALWAYS be short, not necessarily a number 1, but never long. Orange-red hair should be short. Other hair, it depends. The main thing, if it's long, it has to be healthy and clean, and kept brushed and tidy, or in a ponytail. I hate it when guys put their long hair in a plait though, much too aging hippie for me .
Facial hair, not a fan of full beards, and definitely not moustaches with no beards. And I HATE those lip beards, you know the bit of hair men grow in the space between their lip and chin and are clean-shaven everywhere else? Eww Don't mind a bit of goatee though. But like Epona, hair isn't the most important thing, or the thing I notice first. Unless it's really really awful, usually pretty secondary to noticing the face.

Growing up during the days where long hair would get you kicked out of school and beat up if you went into the wrong place, I've always wanted to really let my hair grow long. I won't do it though because I don't want to look like an old reject from the 60's. Since I work outside and can't stand to wear hats (even a cowboy hat) I like to wear my hair short now. I've got too much American Indian blood in me to have much in the way of facial hair. Just enough so that if I let it grow I look like a mutant suffering from radiation poisoning. As regards women; I prefer that they have hair. It can be long or short, curly or straight. Women, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I have fairly shortish hair, but not exactly short, and nowhere near a skinhead.
I am, however, letting it grow some- however, I think we should all give a respectful nod to the owner of long hippy-hair supreme, Barry the Sprout.

Fairly short hair. Maybe about an inch, inch & a half on top. I just keep the facial hair about 1/4-1/2" long, don't shave any of it. Not worth the trouble, IMO.
I do tend to be very hairy. I even have what I call the "Braxton Bragg" eyebrows: incredibly thick.

I'm a short hair type, but when things are busy at the shop (which is quite often) I tend to let it slide a little. I've had a m(o)ustache since I was 20 or thereabouts, and have never shaved it since. (though I did grow it and shave it off a few times in my teens.
I used to have a beard every winter, but for the past few winters I haven't bothered. As for women, I love the shoulder length hair girls seem to favour these days, though as long as it's nicely presented I'm not really critical about it. (One of my g/fs has a really sexy page cut). And I should mention I'm not a big fan of blondes, though again I'm not really critical of it. Personality and legs are the first things I look for.
