I think I'm speaking for the entire Collective when I say Moiraine and Luc, you two are the best!!!! Thanks so much for the fantastic week in France and for your good cares. I waited with posting this thread until you had returned from Sweden so it wouldn't have to be bumped - hope you had fun at Wolfie's.

Anyway, Moiraine is very modest(y) but I think the entire forum should know she's a wonderful and generous person.
Also thanks to the rest of the Collective, it was a great week.

They've been on Stealthy's for weeks. And don't yes yes my post away, will you? Moiraine deserves it - I know few people generous and hospitable enough to host, feed and entertain 10 people for an entire week, do you?

Absolutely - marvellous hosts. And let's not forget young Marco as well.

My only worry is that they now speak English with a London accent!

Echo echo sweet Melusines words

They are great hosts, no doubt about it and very nice family, but they seem to have something against flowers...

Also, big thanks to the Collective. Too bad Donut had to make his flight via Konstantinopel and all that but but...

Fearfully enough I can add that there will be alot of more images comming.. ouch.. Luckily, I am now taking back my winterfur

Oh and Donut, I don´t think the accent might be as bad as the "new" words he has learned

Well I don't think he could have caught that from me - let's just hope he hasn't latched on to the Aberdeen accent though .

(Any minute there will be a reply from Donut saying that my English comes with an outrageously bad French accent, complete with hand gestures and quacking - those claims would of course be a bunch of "porkies" ).

Just echoing Mel's comments - "MOIRAINE IS THE GREATEST".

Mel, you are as thoughtful and sweet as ever!

As for your hostess in France and her lovely husband and son....I 'm not surprised at all! Moiraine has been the kindest, most generous soul I could imagine in all the time I've known her! I'm so glad you all had a good time! I couldn't make it, as you know, because my fiance was moving here about the time your get-together happened, but I really would have loved to be there!

It's not the food i'm worried about Lanesra The amount of alcohol the collective must have consumed, probably ruined poor Moiraine.
