So confused....

So I'm back in Severed Hand, where I quit the game before. I have all the pieces of the machine( well I assigned myself them because I wanted to expidate this chapter) but I can't friggin find the tower with the astro lab machine.

The walkthrough is confusing to me. It says it's in a tower I've looked all over in.

I've gone to all 4 towers and it's not there. I remember finding it before. It's not in the NE tower, not the E tower, not the S tower or the W tower.

Where the heck is it??

This is what the walkthough says:

"After you found all the Astrolab Pieces, you will now need go to the Sheverash tower, and up to the Machinery room and speak with the Mage by the machine, he will except the machinery parts happily and this will allow Larrel to remain sane enough to use the Heartstone Gem, and find out what the source of the Evil is. It's Dorn's Deep.. Now to Chapter 4!"

Where is the machienry room in Sheverash tower??

When I go there I just see the ghost who I've put to rest her fellow elves

What you need to do is go to the tower that has/had Kaylessa at the bottom - the weaponmaster of the Severed Hand. Go up the stairs, then the slide, then the stairs again to clear the tower (4 levels including the first). Once you've cleared it, go to the third level of the tower (it had a number of swordsmen and archers). Move to your left, and you will discover that there is a doorway there that leads to a bridge. The bridge is the only way to get to the Astrolabe room.

The bridge takes you to the Labelas tower, lvl 2. There's enemies there; kill them all, as per normal. The third level of Labelas tower is the library. Ask the librarian for the Mythal Theory book and the Unicorn book - then look at your journal. The fourth level is the Astrolabe room. You have to talk to the artificier that built the machine, not Larrel, in order to fix it.
