Hi guys sorry to bother you again but I have tried the serch thing a few time with no success. What I would like to know is can you have more then one samurai and if so do more batons exist at the graveyard.
One of crew is already one but I have two others looking to become. Thanks once again. Frank |

Hey, I'm a newbie like you .. but I've had success with this. When you get a quest item and return to the shop, as soon as the person starts talking, right click on the character with the item and give it to someone else. You still ascend to the role, AND you get to keep the item. Very handy when completing these things later. Hope it works for you and isn't too late. I've already restarted a few times LOL

If you did the quest with another character and got the baton and later want to turn another character into a Samurai - another baton will appear (along with the ghosts) at their resting spot!

Fishman, does that move work in the patched game? I know that you can't switch to another character (like you can in the unpatched game), but I've never tried accessing my inventory before the baton was taken. Maybe I'll look at that....

interesting. i've had a couple of instances in the un-patched version where i'd completed a quest, switched characters while the guild-master was talking and i didn't get the credit (xp or ascension) prompting a couple of words and a re-load to last save.

Hey, I didn't patch my game, which is why that right-click thing probably works.
I also found out that if you cheat, you do better LOL ... I played a game after doing the gold bug to where I was able to train all the time, and your characters are sooo much more fun. It's amazing how those mantraps still can zap you though. Does anyone know what the heck they are casting that keeps hitting you like that, even when you are running or riding the horse away!
