I found Wiz7 in a bargain bin some years ago but never bothered to play it. After playing and completing Wiz8, I wanted to play Wiz7 to import a party, but Wiz7 is such a chore after playing Wiz8.
I didn't have any problem playing WoX after MM6, so can anyone make some suggestions? |

They have improved character development and randomness with stat/skill increase ALOT in wizardry8 compared to wiz7. I hated that randomness, which forced you to reload all the time to get the result you wanted. I accepted it because it was part of the game at that time, I don't think I could go back and play wizardry 7 either though. I thought about it, but decided not to.

yaaa
wiz 7 was long... and towards the end your party is completley tanked, so battles are just a matter of waiting for all the blows to land. i also found magic regeneration in wiz 7 to be FAR to slow... making magic a secondary exercise and hoarding of spell points too much of an issue. i did love *S P O T* though! hehehehe

Greystone -- I love that idea. It's similar to what Nintendo does (yeah, I'm 24 and still love the good old Nintendo games) with their games sometimes. They took the old NES Mario games and upgraded the graphics & sound for the SNES, but kept the classic gameplay intact.
I would LOVE to play some of the great old RPGs with enhanced graphics & sound, but gameplay intact.
