Enlisting monks?

Who is it that you talk to so that the monks will come doing the final battle and where can i find this person? Please so it isn't back in the monastary.

The monks are in the cells in the war tower in the Severed hand.

I dont suppose someone has packaged up a BGII Voice/Portrait Export for IWD2???
It would be nice to have Minsc back. But even more fun to have Edwin... "Ooh riiiiight, What can I FETCH FOR YOU NOW???"

Hey jack, incredibly e-z to import a character voice from BG1 or 2, just

1) find which folder you keep your portrats in..
2)take the portraits etc. and copy them to that folder

the same thing can be done with IWD2 portraits
