We are pretty far inland ourselves but there's a lake around here somewhere where folks go to "feesh for cat"(fish for catfish). KHaN's grandpa made the front page of the local newspaper last spring with a 44 or 45 pounder! Before you ask, I don't eat it lol.

I happen to agree with that one! I think the majority of Spanish words I have retained in my memory are the curse words.

About all we have in this country from one state/city to the next that are the same are:

1) The Engish Language (although it is hard to understand how different it is from state to state and hard to understand some people in some states LOL)

2) The Blue Heads (women over 60 who for some reason keep going to the beauty salon even though the dyes they use on them turns their hair a strange shade of lt blue)

3) bad drivers
