ATTENTION!!!!!

**** Larry_OHF ****

HADB members must play an active role in the ALSB and KFA struggle.
They are welcome to watch and butt in, but must not take definite sides.

SSJ24... everheard of overcompensating Seph? I don't even want to into the Freudian ramifications of this (not that I can talk *pulls out Cloud's massive buster sword*

Cut all the DBZ stuff this is a BG2 forum... time to power down and get back to good old fashion sword fighting/magic.

i actually created those spells for bg2 at one time, but if you wish...
and also, SSJ24 is NOT overcompensating compared go what ive done to Gwhanos!

It's simple. Once the Planet is hurt, it gathers Spirit Energy to heal the injury. The amount of energy gathered depends on the size of the injury...What would happen if there was an injury that threatened the very life of the Planet? Think how much energy would be gathered! Ha, ha, ha. And at the center of that injury, wil be me. All that boundless energy will be mine. By merging with the energy of the Planet, I will be come a new life form, a new existence. Melding with the Planet, I will cease to exist as I am now. Only to be reborn as a 'God' to rule over every living soul.

What are you saying? Are you trying to tell me you have feelings now? Ha, ha, ha... Stop acting as if you're sad. And there's no need to act as if you're angry either. Because, Cloud, you are... a puppet.

Hi,

Just thought I would put in my 2 cents' worth before I go back to bed (I can't believe I woke up at 3+ am to catch the 'live' action, but it sure has been worth it!!), now that I have gone through the experience.

1) How many actions can be allowed in a single round - this is subjective but somehow our interpretations differ, and there will be a timing difference. I try my best to stick to 1 spell each round, but I know I have also been guilty of sneaking an additional action on top of this.

2) What spells are allowed? (I don't have much knowledge of spells other than those in BG2, so perhaps I am at a disadvantage. But then again, I don't intend to be stuck with fighting all day long, so as long as the others are fine with the present system you can just ignore this point)

For consideration... and now, I really should go back to sleep

It also annoys me when I see people posting something like "and then I do this and then I do that and then I cast this and then I stick you with a sword and then it's your turn" (exaggerated a bit). I've never been in a direct combat situation (except a short one with Neb), so I haven't thought of these rules. I'd say one to two actions, maybe a bit more if they're very easy actions. And really long, really cool things (like KS's vine thing) are an exception - so long as they're not one of the "I kill you - no save" things.
BTW mistral, glad you came otherwise I'd be lying dead in the forest outside the KFA right now...
EDIT: Oh yes, what spells. I'd say you can invent your own but no super-power spells and please a logical explanation of why you can do this spell if it's very exotic (if you can turn into a gigantic wolf, a)why can you do this b)disadvantadges, downsides?)

In my opinion, any spells which don't kill/imprison/completely paralyze/polymorph the target into a jellyfish in one shot with no save should be allowed, even though some homemade spells might be a bit too strong, almost any spell which is in BG2 should be allowed.

I was just thinking!!! (miracle, I know, but that is another story...)
We need someone to take all of our stories, that is compiled on all the threads...and paste them onto a word document. that way, we do not lose this valuable story, and later, we can publish it on a website for all to read as one compiled story. What do you say??? Who would do this?
The perosn would also be in charge of fixing spelling and grammatical errors so that our new compiled story is better.

Also, be thinking about what Ziroc said about the site going down for a few days. How will we continue the story? E-mail???

Although I'm not taking part in the whole KFA/ALSB extravaganza I'm quite happy to correct spelling mistakes, hack it down in length and try to make some sense of it all for you if you want me too. (If someone else has already offered apologies but I only read the first six or so replies)
