What to download?

I have gone to the TeamBG website, and want to create my own items. Which file should I download? Do I need to download more than one? I have seen one file that seems to do it, but I'm not sure. It's the Infinity Engine Editor Pro v1.0.9 Build 40. Here's a link, http://www.teambg.com/?page=tools/basiccustomizing

That tool is all you need to create your own items & spells !

I've heard a lot of great things about DLTCEP, as well, though I have no idea what the exact features are of either program and which is better at what, etc. But, you can look into it here: http://www.dragonlancetc.com/forums/index.php?board=9

Note that IEEP requires VB6 DLL package to run.

Make sure to read some tutorials.

You will be fine with IEEP (or DLTCEP) for some time, but you will eventually need BAMWorkshop, Near Infinity and Infinity Explorer, which are accessible from TeamBG page.

I have now downloaded both files (editor and the VB6 package). Where should I put these files? Where do I go to create items and weapons, etc. BTW, I am using windows, which might make a difference.

if you want item you click Item Maker,if spell Spell Maker.

Ah...
-Unzip VB6 pack and run the newly-created exe file. It will ask for confirmation, and click "yes". Wait for a few seconds until it is done.
-Unzip IEEP file and run the newly-created exe file. Click "next" and follow the on-screen instructions (installing programs is usually the same). Make sure to remember default or custom directory where the program is installed.
-Open that directory and start IEEP by clicking its exe file.
-Item maker makes items, spell maker spells and store maker stores.
-Infinity addon patcher makes IAP files, used for distribution amongst users. If you just send your item file to someone, it will miss its name and description.
-Dialog.tlk editor modifies the file that stores all the text from the game. So you can browse and change it.

) and am trying to create items. But i cannot type in the boxes. Do i need to put the files in a certain place? Thanks in advance!
