Where the hell is he? I searched the surrounding areas of the Nymph lake but nothing. I want to kill that pesky little thief!!

You do have the quest to kill him?? (I'm sure you must, but I have to ask since characters like this generally don't show up until you do have the quest)
He should be in the area around Nymph Lake or perhaps north of Valeia. Guess the best thing to do would be to just explore the area thoroughly and fill out your map while searching for him. You might also go back into town and just recheck at the Town Hall on the quest - that might get him to finally show himself! Good Luck and do let us know if you find him!! Wyv |

If you have done everything that Wyvern said above and still haven't found him, try walking around the Nymph lake area at night. Like any other good thief, he snook up on me after dark!!!
