No kidding. I still haven't monkeyed with all the classes/races yet. My friends think I'm weird because I have 8-9 pcs at Level 3, and only one past it (Level 11)

LOL i do the same thing Craig, i cant EVER make up my mind, i did the same thing in baldurs gate and the other games i played. I have to have an evil, a good, a druid, a caster, ...always female like me, but i invariably end up leveling an evil or neutral cleric

I did that in BG2, so I decided to exercise as much willpower as I could muster and not do that with this game. I did try a fighter and a sorcerer, but just decided to try cleric and stick with it. Doing quite well so far, but I still am tempted to go back and see what I am missing...

After trying out several characters I now started to play the game with a human rogue and a cleric henchman. But I am already sure I am going to play it again with another character. Back to the game now for all the weekend. No sun for me!
