I did something really stupid today, no, something really really stupid.

No, I really screwed up. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow, it was orginaly just for depression and to get some counselling on some stuff.

But it's gone a bit further now, I never thought I'd try to do that, but I did.

I'm sorry.

I'll try to keep ya'll up to date, but I might not have net where I'm going.

Wow. I know that life can bring you to the edge, and sometimes, it can push you right over. It's probably not going to be an easy time in the next bit, but you've got support here.

You're going through a tough and challenging time right now, and I suspect it's made even tougher because the usual people you'd fall back on for support -- your folks -- are also going through a tough time of things.

It may be hard for them to be supportive, but hopefully, they'll realize that at the end of it all, you are their child, and they are your parents. And no matter what may have happened in between, on some level they love you as much now as they did when you were born some two decades ago.

Stay strong. Live large. You've got friends.

Bleh, just saw my doctor, and I'm going to live just to spite him.

"Tomorrow I'll call a comunity help worker, who'll call you back in a few days, to give you a number you can call if your feeling low again"

I went and saw him lot's of things on my mind, now I just want to rip him to shreds, his conduct verges on malpractice.

So I'm now in the market for a new doctor.

You're probably in an area he knows little to nothing about. Hence he's passing you off to someone else.

You will probably want to find more of a counselor than a doctor. That would be a lot more help, I think.
