I have heard of some add-on you can download that will extend the Twisted Rune-quest to more than just killing those guys and get the very nice staff. Where to download, is it good and so on?

I dont think it exists. The twisted rune was going to be a large quest in the game but I think it got cut due to lack of time. That and they thought some people wouldnt find it so what was the point. Anyway the detail of what it was going to be are sill in the game if you are the technical type.
