i know of a guy that had these stats :

str.18
dex.18
con.18
int.18
wis.9
cha.12

then he got the tomes from bg1

str.19
dex.19
con.19
int.19
wis.12
cha.13

and he´s a MAGE!! he soloded.

I think a good party would be

YOU-
Edwin-for magic
Jan-for stealing and backup magic
Viconia-for clericness
Korgan-TANK
Anomens- Cleric spells and fighting. (let him fail his test.)
