What kind of boil do you use? Zatarain's, Tony Cachere's, or something else?

Cheers,
-Sazerac
Yep, we use Zatarain's. Also their creole mustard. Mmm, and Gal makes corned bread with chitlins sometimes to go with it. And Dixie Beer to drink. I always say, when you get married, marry a girl who went to school in New Orleans.

Miss Lady Zeeke Ma'am, don't think of yourself as roadkill, think of yourself as a "Poss'm on the half-shell"

This was just too funny! And relatively accurate, as a matter of fact... I do prefer the beach and pools!

I'm a crawfish, married to a boll weevil (lots 'n lots of leggies between us!).

Right on! Zatarain's is best, I agree! The corn bread sounds great, but I'm afraid I'd have to pass on the chitlin's...they just don't agree with me! LOL

School in New Orleans, hm? Would that have been Ocshner's? Outstanding academy if so. (Yes, I'm a native of Louisiana, just washed up over here in Texas awhile back, though!)

Cheers,
-Sazerac
