I love Ironworks, and I am willing to fight to get it back to the great place it used to be.
Right now I'm very tired and depressed about everything that has gone on here. I am very disappointed with many people on this board, and it is going to take me a long while to get over that. But I will continue posting, and supporting IW, and doing what it takes to get us back on the winning track again. ------------------ |

I haven't been around here that long, but I find IW a wonderful place nonetheless. I do agree that we should all be a little nicer to each other, that we should try and talk things out properly rather than get angry and flame one another. But I don't think this place is turning out too badly. Sure, people's nerves are a little frayed and some of us are on edge, but I feel that's understandable given the recent circumstances. Either way, I shall do my bit to keep this place happy and pleasant. I like to think that we're all friends and that's the way it should stay

Hey Memsy!
I've been fond of Ironworks the whole time I've been here. A few unpleasant incidents will never make me forget what a wonderful community we have here! Ironworks is a great place, not in the fact that it has become a wonderful chat room but becasue of the feeling of family that we each contribute to.
When one of our own goes missing, a search is warrented. When one is having a bad day, he/she need only to voice it here, and a ton of self-made professionals are ready to weep, mourn, encourage, and lift up one another. It is a great escape from the real world, to venture into our little city that we have created here. I have been here for a long time, and now, it is so much a part of my life, that I cannot imagine losing it. Let's keep going y'all!!! ------------------ Father of the wicked but cute child known as MaryBeth Padre de una niña bien traviosa pero guapa --------------------- Aisukuríimu ga tabetái desu. |

I liked this place before I even knew it existed!
I found the Ironworks mainpage while doing a search for the BG2 Patch.... And fell right in love with the friendliness of the Posters here. Granted I dont come to GD very often (I have two other great OT sites I hangout at.) When the tragedy happened on Tuesday I thought I would stop in and see how the IW crowd was handling it. Glad to say about as well as the rest of the world. So people if someone you have been friends with here, says something that you don't agree with...take it with a grain of salt. Forums were everyone agrees with everyone else are 1) Boring. 2) Not worth going to. Why? Well if everyone is agreeing with me then I should go talk into the mirror, It would have the same results. Later people! And keep your heads up high! ------------------ |
