I just have to congradulate Goran Isvenivich (Spelling?) on a thrilling victory against seeded three in the tournament Australian PAT RAFTER. It was a tremendous victory over 5 sets lasting just under three long grualing hours. He finally clinched championship point in the last set 9-7.It was a great victory for the man ranked 125th in the world against one of the best Australian volleyers in the world.Heres an interesting fact about Goran he uses the same tennis ball he gets an Ace with to serve in his next shot. Also he eats his dinner at the same time and same place in London during the tournament.

WELL DONE GORAN!!!!!!!!

PS I suppose you cant win everything Memnoch, lol, just wait till next weekend when the lions win the test series. Then you will have to start a post about why you are so depressed!!!

Yeah I was hopin Goran would win....the man deserved it after 3 failed attempts. He was so bloody happy you wouldn't have wished him another loss unless you're an Aussie, hehe. Pat was my favourite up till the final though....don't really like Sampras or Agassi and Henman is a fool.
Anyway...wasn't it 8-6 in the final set? Damn I watched it today and I'm already unsure, hehe.

Oh yeah and it's Ivanisevic.....if you've heard the name I don't see how u could spell it how u spellt it. ROFL.

If I am not mistaken, poor Goran's last name is spelt I-V-A-N-I-S-E-V-I-C !

I think on his big day he deserves as much attentiveness and carefulness ...

Despite my origins, and the fact that I support Rafter, I really enjoyed watching the match, even if it did deprive me of sleep mildly...
Well done to Goran, for getting there after 3 previous tries!
'twas a fine match to watch.

Great victory to Goran!
My star will always be BB. Yes, Mr.Borg. All but in memories now..but in his day of youth.? Who knows?
He had longevity, stamina, and great skill in the court.
Like me. Well, mybe not.
