When people say it can kill a dragon in one punch does that mean all you just walk up to it, hit it, and it dies on the spot?.Or do you have to weaken it first.Lower its saving throws and such like. It seems a bit easy to kill it like that. Not that I'm complaining.

There is a chance the monster will be killed when hit by quivering palm, but the monster does get a saving throw. Sometimes you get the kill other times the monster makes his save. Still a very nice tool to have.
