Sometime soon i'll be getting NWN so i just thought i would share my joy with the rest of you. Just to get your opinion, should i import my PC character from BG2? He's a fighter/mage and i dare say he rocks. But anyway, just thought i'd get your opinion on that

First off, where the hell have all the pages gone? Theres like, 2 on the NWN's forum now...weird.
Bummer there mate! Has happend to me quite a few times, in my haste to snatch up a much desired game i've forgotten the cash, hey your not the first (and most certainly won't be the last). Yes it's selling cheap now, you should even check ebay ($20 there) if you have the time. This game is great fun, truly it is BG in 3d and if you have played IWD2 the rules will be no problem at all.

Hey - I was wondering about NWN - I just got IWD II, for my big foray back into D&D - I'm also learning the 3rd ed. rules (I haven't touched this stuff since the '80s!) - so is NWN 3rd ed? I've also been hearing (reading . . .) that IWD II is the last of it's kind? Is NWN the first of a new engine? So does this mean there will be a sequel to NWN that allows for imported characters from NWN?
Also, I noticed you can make dungeons in NWN - so does this mean there are online dungeons that you can just crawl and develop your characters online? I was kinda disappointed that in IWD II the only online option seems to be going through the single player campaign, just with some other people controlling some of the party . . . Glad to have found this forum! Wily |

yep wilyliam online mods n dungeons, make your own and invite your friends, thats the biggest bonus of this game. Dunno about a nwn2 but there wont be anymore icewinddales or BGs in 2nd ed well not by the people who did them
