*The Warhammer can be found in the company of a mad cleric. Ask around, talk to the town crier in Beregost for more info. As for the Shield...what are you talking about? Which shield is it more specifically (X Shield +Y)?*

The Shield of Falling Stars is in a location not accessible until Chapter 5. Look for a kid named Varci Roaringhorn.
The Warhammer is first available in Chapter 1, but it's a tough fight if you go for it right away.

New question: What is the highest HP that I can roll for my paladin?
His stats: 18/18/18/13/14/18 (I know, excellent roll. I was only trying to get 18/18/18/10/13/17, lol. Took 5 minutes.)

You should be able to get a maximum of 14 hps per level (10 for being a paladin, 4 from con.) But there may be an extra bonus for being, well, special is all I'll say. I've heard a rumour of that, but not sure.
 And to do the invisible text, write {font color="XXXXXXX"}TEXT{/font} with the XXXXXXX replaced with the code, and the { and }s replaced with < and >
