I have played through it many times, and have never found a bug. Though Black Isle does have a patch available, I am not certain what it does. And, Purre, I cannot believe that you found it difficult. I agree with Neb that it is quite easy. The problems are with finding things.

It was my problem.I never found anything (good that someone had a walkthrough written)and now (my second game) I dont know how I can find Ravel,I didnt find her last time either,so I have never played that game through,and Modron maze was like hell.
