guess it is in Singapore. Me, I need to go to violin lesson soon, and for KS, Larry and Deiter it's morning! I have the feeling that at least one of us will have to play at 1 o'clock in the morning for NWN...
Kaz looked up at Mistral. "I'm sorry, but I can't. Not now. It is too recent, too... Later maybe." Kaz looked away, tears burning in her shimmering eyes as she shoved the memories back - again. To cover this, she went to check on Larry. He was breathing easily and seemed to be all right, but he was still unconscious. The sword rotated above him.

Eventually, Larry begins to awake. He sets up rather quickly to make sure no enemies were present, then meets Kaz's glaring eyes. He notices that Mistral is down, lying beside him, but seemingly ok.

"Hi, Kaz!
Is everything ok?
Did Mistral get hit hard?
Are you alright?
You seem a bit tired..."

Larry gets up, walks over to Mistral and picks her up, despite Mistral's protests, and the three make their journey back to the little house they had somehow acquired. They rest until they have regained thier stength.

"So...the three of us get ambushed by eight hoodlems...and two of us nearly die in the attempt. I am starting to wonder what I am doing wrong...Mistral...Kaz...My father spoke to me tonight. He has rebuked my failures, and is expecting me to do better from now on. I need help, for I do not know what it is that I lack in skill to be able to face my enemies, and come out victorious. . . "

Kaz ignored the part about Larry's father. I have to become less sensitive. It is perfectly normal for people to have a past and talk about it, yet it hurts me deeply whenever they do. Maybe I should have talked with Mistral... Aloud she said, "I really don't know, Larry. I think you are doing fine. Should we go back to that mage's place? I suggest that we do, because he will look for us if we don't come back. In any case, let us wait for Killing Spree and Deiter.

EDIT: Wait, more will come...
OOC: When did we get a house? I mean, staying for a long time in this city is suicide for my character.

Knowing Spree...we had better let her take her on time in getting here. She's a bit...touchy, and all. But when they do get here, we shall begin our journey.

ooc...we acquired the house as it was abandoned, and it is the secret location of the portal we use to get under the sea into Meldrin's lair.
Plus...it's free...we just have to kill a rat, every now and then...

I'm all right." ~ Casting a quick glance around her surroundings, she asks ~ "We're back?" ~ Disappointment is apparent on her face, but she nods reluctantly ~ "I guess the only place I'm safe is indoors... but even then... back at the KFA restaurant...and there..." ~ Gets into a coughing fit ~
