I haven't been able to sleep over the past few nights. My mind is whirling with strange thoughts and unanswered questions. Can you help me? The main thing that is keeping me awake at the moment is this: If the Cartwrights from Bonanza had a fight with the Cannons from High Chapperal who would win?

If you can find a CD called "Traveler" by Paul Horn, I highly recommend playing it at a low volume as a sleeping aid. I was turned on to it by my Guatemalan Medicine Man for that purpose and I tell you, when I use it, I fall asleep quickly, deeply and sleep very peacefully!

P.S. The Cartwrights never lose. Sorry, but Manolito would have to die!

I'm afraid listening to anything is out of the question. I can't hear anything above the loud voices in my head!

Ever tried having an actual conversation with them? Sometimes THAT will put you to sleep, just trying to keep up with them.
