Bilqis! Nice to see you! We signed a couple of hose contracts earlier this evening. Waiting now for Realtor to let us know if our bids on any of them won out or not. It's a war out there! Had to do a little dirty hosefighting (encouraged by Realtor) and wrote a pity begging letter to one of the aforesaid owners. Wondering right now if it will sway her or not. Realtor said she LOVED my letter! It was practically dripping with praise for the house! Realtor said owner was sentimental and didn't want to sell her house to a contractor, but more to a nice couple or whatever. Fingernail biting time basically!
