I think I have a natural aversion for these kind of manslaughter charges - much like the corporate manslaughter charges. (not sure if this is only in the UK, so briefly its when the heads of a company can be prosecuted for manslaughter even if they were not involved in the incident. eg. after a rail crash, the head of the company gets charged because he is held responsible for safety failures 'on the ground')

They need to prove first that he sold the substance with knowledge it would be made into mustard gas. The substance used can be used for quite a few other things. Else I don't see how one can blame this guy legally.

The guy knew pretty damn well with what sort of regime he was dealing with. A typical example of being blinded by money, a common human flaw. He's guilty in a way, i have no sympathy for businessmen like that, fry his ass for all i care.

Lol johnny, yeah it does seem like he knew exactly what he was doing so I don't have much sympathy.

How about corporate manslaughter generally?
