Gday hunter d,
Did your new ranger get the fletchery trait. It is useful to generate gold?

Yes. I got the trait. That's cool and everything but I try not to cheat. Some wouldn't consider it so but I'm kind of anal. I'm pretty good about money in the game. Like I said, I'm pretty anal about things in the game. I'm one of those guys that cram every last item into my inventory even bogging down some of the casters. That's just me though.....
I kind of feel like missile weapons are kind of useless in this game. Has anyone shot at the dragonflies? I have a bow skill of 9 with dragon arrows and everything and everytime I shot at them, they would simply bounce off. Grrr. You know.... I guess I did cheat though with the assassin's dagger. I swithched it to another character while the guild official was giving his speech so I could keep it..... I'm throwing stones in a glass house, sorry. Hey! Once my traits fall off the list, do I still retain them????? I hope so..... death strike is getting near the end........... Thanx to whomever answers this! Oh, very cool on the get to know you thread everyone!!!!!

Yes ranged weapons are pretty useless. If a monster stays back it has awesome ranged abilities, if it attacks itīs by your feet in no time. You may have time to fire one arrow, thatīs it. The only time I equip a bow is with my ranger (for fletchery). A fully blessed dragon arrow can, if it hits, deal a very fair amount of damage though! And yes you keep every trait you have. Eventually the skills will drop out of sight too. Thatīs the real annoyance! You canīt increase them once they are out of sight since you canīt scroll. Thatīs something to be wary of And the assassinsīs dagger trick is not cheating (sorry Bungleau )

Well, WillowIX, IMHO if you use the assassin's dagger trick to get multiple assassins, that's cheating. If you use it to retain the dagger after getting promoted to assassin, that's taking advantage of a quirk. If you use the same practice to get to guild level 7 in Valeia, I think that's cheating too.
Moot point for me, since I play the patched game and it doesn't work there. And for all those playing the unpatched game, think of the possibility of starting Sebastio on his speaking binge six, seven, or eight times! Just grab a big cup of your favorite beverage, and be ready!

hunter d, once ur SKILLS (not traits) fall off the page, the only way to raise them is to train in them if they're available in the guilds. if not.........
so i can only say this, quickly put points into the skills that r nearing the end of the page n those that cant be raised through training like gallantry, prowness, deathstrike etc. get those skills up to a good lvl of say 5-7 and then u can relax liaoz!!!

Well that's some good news. Easy enough to work around. Strange that they put out a game with soo many bugs in it though....

You can get multiple assassins? Well now that you mention it, it would be possible... But isnīt killing Grue Morde a part of the promotion? But you do get promoted before you kill him right... I never thought of that lol. *runs away to get some assassins screaming "Woohoo"*

You get the assassin promotion for simply having the dagger. You get the Grue Morde quest after you become an assassin... don't remember if it's automatic, or if you have to actually ask for the quest. If it's automatic, then just don't do it until you've got all the assassins you want in your party... you thieving cheating scoundrel, you
