The only time I played AD&D I created a fighter that I named Argent as you know means silver!

I usd to run superhero games. One PC had a character named Silver (an elven superhero with flight and superspeed) - she ended up being killed by Lord Shield's evil double, Mada
(the player had long left the campaign, so she was NPC at that time. Although this does not mean death in my games, Mada is a villain who makes Players retire their characters just for finding out he exists!!!! - funny thing is, he's not usually over-powered.
