How do you create weapons?

I have seen that people have the ability to create weapons, how is that done? Is there a program or something that does it? I'd really like to know, although it's probably over my head I'd like to give it a try. Thanks for any info.

I do not have a clue but. I am sure that you need to get the editor that BG II was made from. There is lots of people in here that are good at that sort of thing. I do not do it. The game already has tons of coll things.

start by going to teambg and getting their proggies. they also have forums and links to sites by others who create items, scripts, and chars. download the IEEP and start from there.

You will need shadowkeeper as well for extraction purposses.
