Did you talk to Nalia ouside of the keep after you cleared the keep?
Do the Trademeet quest also. You may want to put off Windspear Hills if you aren't too powerful yet.

Welcome to IW!
My only tip for you at this point in the game is to avoid getting spoiled. There are lots of quirky little things to discover about SOA, from party banters to small quests and mysteries to solve. The more time you spend around here (i.e. IW Forum), the more likely you are to accidentally find out something about the game that will spoil your first experience by giving away a secret. Once you find out, there's no going back. So do yourself a huge favor and play the game through ON YOUR OWN. Take the time to figure things out without relying too much on hints or walk-throughs. You'll have a LOT more fun. Sorry if that whole paragraph seemed patronizing, it wasn't meant to be. This is just coming from someone who discovered one too many spoilers accidentally while searching through posts on the forum! That being said, if you have specific questions about how to get past specific enemies that you've tried and tried and just can't defeat, or particular doors that just won't open, or bugs that pop up in your system... By all means post your questions, you'll get lots of help. Just make sure you don't invite too many spoilers from those who like to give away info so that they look wise and all-knowing. No reference to Lord, by the way, whose advice above is well worth heeding and doesn't give anything away.

Just remember this simple formula for building a party your first time out:
1 Thief 1 Cleric 1 Mage 1 Tank Whatever you want after that. Taking another priest and mage never hurt anyone. You said you're a necromancer, so you already have the required mage part covered. Don't forget about the romances either
