Man, I thought I could never beat a game faster than Metal Gear Solid, but the 2nd proved me wrong. Its so damn great, and the graphics are of pretty damn good quality. It was great, thought the fighting of all the Metal Gears were hard as hell (got my bro to do it). But I enjoyed it, and the 3rd MGS is comin soon. I also wanna get Metal Gear, and Metal Gear Solid Snake.

perhaps you wanna try Splinter Cell next, it's almost similar to MGS 2 but much harder to complete.

Doesn't MGS2 only have 15 hours of gameplay? I loved MGS 1 and I still haven't beaten it yet, but I've heard that MGS2 is far too short. Also, you play as Raiden for most of the game. Is this true?

Yes, MGS 2 is too short and yes, you use Raiden most of the time.

Yeah, MGS2 is mostly with Raiden. I hear MGS3 might be a repeat of Shadow Moses (MGS) but with Raiden included.

MGS 2 Substance is a re-release of the original MGS 2 with the option to play Snake the whole game. It includes new missions and a whole slew of VR missions. It is out now for the x-box and will be out for the ps2 this spring.

Allright. I was reading about Substance, glad its coming out on PS2 seeing as we don't have Xbox. I think playin as Snake will be better, apparently you get to use a Gray Fox suit AND skateboard.
