Well I like to become a vampire.
But if you are one make sure that you have the apperance set on high. So that when you need life it should be there and have a priest in your group but not the vampire. They can only heal by using vampire bite. If you wait till you get to the surgeon ruins you will get an extra trait. Warning sometime when you choose a certain role you won't be able to land a hit with Vampire bite. So after that I hope you choose what is best for your group.

Well if you want you can just give them the trait with the editor. But if I had to choose I would say the Goruk Barbarion.
But that is my choice. hope you have rebirth cause when he does become a vampire the healing spells won't work. And don't worry about the spellings I am probably worse. [ 07-01-2002, 01:30 PM: Message edited by: Loumistro ] |

Yeah, I'm trying to train up the spells that my characters have, and oy, thats annoying that the healing spells don't work on Vampires, at least they're able to go out in daylight on the game, otherwise, I think I'd be in big trouble.

I haven't turned anybody into a Vampire yet, but I'm probably going to take your suggestion and turn my Gourak into the vamp when I do.

I personally never really liked the vamp characteristic but I know a lot of players had fun with it. I suggest you keep a save from before the "change" and see how you like it for a while. If you don't you have a save not too far back to load!

Heheh, yeah, and as I was told before, if I don't like it always, I can always change the deal with the editor also.
