During the game some characters were affected by insane state: only a visit to the temple can cure them!!!
There's another method to cure them or I must go to the temple??
Some of my characters are priest (or paladin); how could they acquire the cure poison spell???

Hi, welcome to the board.

The other way is to use the Exorcist spell (lvl 7 spirit) not the Cure spell.

Your paladin will be able to get that spell. Until then, you'll have to visit the temple.

The level 6 Spirit spell Restore Health cures Insanity, also blindness and sickness. Your Paladin and priests will eventually learn it.

Cure Poison is a Level 4 Vine spell and can be learned by Priests and Rangers. If you promoted your priest to another role before he learned it (which is commonly done), you'll have to bump up his Vine magic stats to Level 8, as most characters can only learn their previous schools of magic at half the rate. There are lots of posts on this board about this.

The Level 6 Vine Spell Cure does not fix insanity, but it does fix blindness, sickness and disease.

See, I learn something new everyday. I never use the Restore Health to cure insanity. I will from now on.

Thanks Fantaghiro

Yeah sweet I thought you had to use the exorcism spell all the time. Is there anywhere you can get a list of all the symbols that tell what your characters affliction is...or should I read the manual

Adam Warlock has two web pages - positive and negative icons - listed in these threads.
