Hey!
A friend of mine and I was thinking about playing baldurs gate 1, 2 and the expansions with the same characters. But one thing that annoys me is the fact that you are unable to select sub-classes (kits) in baldurs Gate 1 that exist in B2. So I was woundering if there are any kind of mod out there that enables them in B1? There must be no including bugs that makes the game crash every hour or something like that. And I heard that it is possible to export your baldurs gate 1 char and import it to baldurs gate 2. If this not is true our plans are fucked.  And that is one other important thing. The sub-classes (the ones I hope to exist) in b1 must be able to import to baldurs gate 2. and they must also be able to play in the expansions. both tales of the sword coast and the baal thing. Well, there arent kits in BG1, but when you export a BG1 character to BG2 (and yes, you can do it), you will be able to choose a kit for it. So if you want to play a stalker through the whole saga (BG, BG2, TOB), just play a ranger in BG1 then export the character and import it into BG2 as a stalker.

Well, that's MOSTLY correct. Technically, the Specialist Mages count as Kits. But yeah, all the other kits only appear in BG2.
P.S. Your game crashes every hour anyway
