T.L. 'furball' is the best comeback you can think of to the the thoroughly thought out and well considered insult 'silly toadstool licker'?
I would have expect some more along the lines of "wookie butt-sniffer" or "Mr. being pimped by Han Solo" [ 10-28-2003, 05:24 PM: Message edited by: Chewbacca ] |

We took a look, We saw a Nook. On his head, he had a hook. On his hook, he had a book. On his book, was "How to Cook". We saw him sit, and try to cook. He took a look at the book on the hook. But a Nook can't read, so a Nook can't cook. SO.... What good to a Nook is a hook cook book. excerpt from One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish. You just can't find that type of instinctual genius in books today.

And while I do have an admittedly affectionate affinity for abundantly abused alliteration (appropriately applied, of course), I'm just not into slinging insults, even in jest. {shrug] But don't let that slow the rest of you down.

So, I saw this movie, "Spun" last night. It had a lineup of good actors in it. It was weird, funny but sort of disgusting, too, like maybe a comic version of Requiem for a Dream. I can't say I recommend it, but it was okay. The folks in it are Jason Schwartzman, Mike Rourke, Mina Suvari, John Leguzamo, and Brittney Murphy. All the music is done by Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) who has a bit cameo as a doctor.

It's my dog's birthday tomorrow. He will be 9 in dog years. If he was a salamander he would be 36 in Salamander years. I've got a salamander as well. And a Polynesian Hermit Crab just in case.
