Um... 43? How much did you put into constitution? 2? My character started with a con of 15 and had about 77 hp.

Maybe you've got your difficulty setting on high and just have really bad luck with your hp rolls. IF you have it on standard it will give you the maximum 10 hp plus con bonus each time you level up. To get 43 you must be getting 6 hp per level if you are in 7th level. Check your settings.

After you reach a certain level, your characters stop rolling for hp's altogether.(About level 11+). The only hp's you will recieve are 1 to 3 depending on your bonus gained from constitution.

Sorry Hach, I assumed you knew AD&D rules. Each time your character levels up, you gain hit points. The dice used depend on what your character is. In your case you would gain between 1-10 hit points, plus your constitution bonus/penalty. This roll is done automatically by the computer for you. If you have your difficulty setting on standard then you automatically get the maximum increase (10 points) plus your con bonus/penalty. When you reach level 9-10 you will receive 1-3 hp per level from then on depending on class.
So I'd check your settings if I were you. 43 hp! Your paladin must be on a hunger strike |
