Just had supper. My mom came back from work and she bought milk! So I've just finished my second cup of RL cocoa (which of course is nowhere near as delicious as Cloudy's cocoa ). Yum!

So much for employee justice! My manager rejeced my bullying claims of the Senior Manageress

No only that she jumped on our heads claiming Internet abuse - we're staying off the web at work now

Am I allowed to swear inthe cafe, because I need a hug and a drink

Aww, you poor thing, I'd get you a drink but I'm not a waitress here (maybe I should apply...?). I'm not sure if Cloudy or Lioness is here. You have my sympathhy, sit down in a leather armchair over there and read a nice relaxing book until Cloudy or Lioness shows up.

I don't see the problem with hanging out on the internet whail at work as long as you get work done. I wonder why your managers do it makes happy employies and happy employies work better.

That's just it - some work did not meet deadline - although this wsa due to waiting for out-soiucing and problems with the stores she decded to hammer us on Internet,saying that was the cause

Lord Shield: I feel for ya. Being part of management for the company I work for, it's definitely a tough call. Yes, it's great to allow the employees to be able to be on the 'net, but on the other hand the work does need to get done. But, if I have to "bust" someone for too much time on the 'net, I make sure I know the entire story first, so that I don't come across as being "unfair". Of course, in the employee's eyes, it's always unfair, but I guess that's the way life goes.
