I just bought this game and I must say its good but in desperate need of a patch. Is Activision planning on releasing one soon or must I use the unofficial one? What bugs does the unofficial patch fix?

You know... I may not be reading this right but it looks like the actual team that developed th game released the patch (Heuristic Park) so it may be 'official'

Activision is just the distributor (kind of like how Sony may buy a movie from someone and then distribute it taking part of the cash).

Before you do try the patch I would get a bunch of the unlimited gold supply. It may be fixed in the patch and you would lose out on some sorely needed money.

Check out the cheats on tgeweb for more info on the gold supply.

Hi, If you download the patch and read the text it will tell you what all it fixs. Make sure you get as much gold as you can, like Meow said it gets very scarce later on. When you do get to Ishad N'Ha Check the Dojo there buy a few expensive arrows and sell them back to the master their and see if he gives you more than you paid, if he does then buy as many as you can and sell them back, do this until you have all the money you need. This trick will work with the patch installed. I finshed the game with about 40 Million gold.
