I seem to have 2 problems. I can only find 5 badges(Joril,Ilmadia,Malevon,Marketh and the one from the monster in the tunnel after you talk to the umberhulk sabic tan)Also I have have no chapter 5 I skipped from 4 to 6. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.

You get the last badge from Brother Perdiem, it's in the room with the idol, once the idol is killed you talk to Perdiem, check the aps at this site if you can't find him.

yeah, do as dragonslayer said and talk to the priest after the idol is destroyed.
