Just a question on player killing. Lets say I join a game and know that PKing is allowed is there anything to keep the whole group from jumping me and taking everything I own? Just some insight on how this pvp mode will work please.

I have no idea to be honest. I really didn't think about that. I'm just taking an educated guess here, but I don't think other people will be allowed to loot your body unless you let them. The game would get old fast otherwise...

As for looting, that is also an option that can be viewed before you enter a game...so beware the games that are full PK and have you drop everything on death. munchkin-land. Also, I think if you die and are looted on a server, it is only saved on that server. Which means you can quit without saving and the character information that is stored on your local drive will not be updated. There are also a lot of different death options too, as in permanent death, respawn, etc. Very versatile. |

I disagree. I think looting with very likly be allowed. In NWN you can easily get the best items possible for your char in 5 mins. (With the toolset.) And you can just make them agein. I bet it willl be allowd. It's makes the game seem you much more... Real!

Actually, there will only be a certain number of magic items allowed per server. And if your character gets too strong too fast, you wont be able to save

Sooo, to me, the best way to avoid this is to only play with people that you trust.

Attalus,
madriver had it right, and you are correct in your assessment. Avoid FULL PK games like the plague unless you want to run the risk of being "jumped in munchkin land".
