Are you not picking on me for picking on him? Mayhap you're being a tad serious... And now I'm picking on you for picking on me for picking on him.

In any case I've made one post bemoaning the lack of credit for cut/pasted work and the lack of posts from his own mouth.

I'm not saying "don't post others work", just "credit them and intersperse it with your own thoughts ideas and words."

Why get on my case for expressing an opinion once after a years worth of posts like this from Arvon?

Ah, but as a professional creative my mantra is "better created wrong than stolen." "Wrong" is totally subjective of course. In the arts there is no 'wrong' just divergences in taste or deviations from intent.

It's just a joke dude, look on the net for sites with jokes and see if you can find the original author from every joke you find.

I wish you good luck, and perhaps we meet again in 25 years.

Just for the record, I will enclude the byline if it is available. Just like so much of the stuff posted here the originator is not given. It never has been my intent to take credit for the material I post. I just run across it, and I wish to share it.

THat's all I'm saying Arvon. Include the link. Put it in quotes or something. Give us something that indicates the words aren't your own, so that when you DO end up writing from your heart we will know it is you.
Becouse you got personal with him. Maybe he does not have any of his own work, and just surfs for fun stuff to share with us. Whats it to you to point out that its not his. Your disapointment is your own. I dont know, I just think you were a little harsh with the plagierism and regergitation remark. I dont think its anyones business as to where or how he gets his information. If its his ethics to "steel" stuff and post it here, you should not judge or question him. Its his post, not yours. You certainly dont have to read his.

*Note to self* Pick on Yorick for picking on Lord K for picking on Yorick for picking on Arvon.

I agree with you that one should post a credit to the author. But I am not certain that is an option when posting jokes. Arvon finds them while surfing on the net. There is no guarantee that the site who hosts the joke wrote it. And I doubt many of thses sites give a link to the author. Not with these "golden oldies" anyway.

Why get on my case for expressing an opinion once after a years worth of posts like this from Arvon?
BTW, who wrote these jokes anyway (this is not directed at you Yorick )? Someone must have thought them up, or?

On to more serious matters. What is the chemistry of men? I could come up with some suggestions although they would not be suited for this board. LOLOL!

Edit: I almost forgot! *picks on Yorick* *giggles*
